Our mutual non-disclosure agreement is meant for situations when you or your business are thinking about a contractual relationship with Aspiration Marketing, Inc. or one of the Aspiration Marketing companies, and we are getting (potentially) confidential information from and to each other.
Our agreement is mutual, in both directions.
Examples could include but are not limited to:
- getting visibility to business or marketing plans;
- having access to customer or deal pipeline information;
- employment information or related submission of personal data.
