How Does It Work?

Unlocking this new era of sales excellence is designed to be effortless. For admins, enabling this transformative capability is a few simple steps away:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Tools > Calling > Call setup > Call Configuration.

  2. Ensure that both Call recording and Transcription and analysis are turned on for your account.

  3. Toggle the HubSpot Meeting Notetaker feature to on.

 

Once activated, Meeting Notetaker seamlessly integrates into your team's workflow. It automatically joins newly scheduled meetings with external contacts for all sales reps with Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise seats who have connected their calendars in HubSpot.

Your team gains immediate access to a treasure trove of meeting intelligence right after each session – without needing to host the meeting or install any additional integrations. For reps who prefer not to record a specific meeting, they maintain full control and can easily opt out by navigating to Settings > General > Calendar and toggling Meeting Notetaker off.

 

Meeting Notetaker intelligently joins any meeting that has at least one external contact associated and a meeting location set as a Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams link. For Zoom meetings, the host simply needs to ensure recording and notetaker participation are enabled in their Zoom settings. Users can effortlessly add these conference links via their external calendar, a HubSpot video conference location when booking through the CRM, or a HubSpot scheduling page.
